Weekly Community Classes

Every Tuesday, 1:00-1:45pm at The Harrelson Center

Join us for a free weekly community trauma-sensitive yoga class designed to support healing and connection in a safe, welcoming space. No sign-up is required. Mats are provided, and you are invited to move in ways that feel right for you. Each session is guided by an experienced trauma-sensitive yoga teacher and open to all people, offering a gentle opportunity to connect with your body and breath at your own pace. Come as you are, move as you choose.
