Who: Anyone!!

What: We move and then meditate. Participate as you choose. Come and go as you need.

When: Monday at 12:30 for 30min

Where: Wherever you are!

Why: It's free, and because YOU are worth it! We gather to collectively care for our selves. 

Donations are always welcome, but not required.
